Mango & Nectarine Smoothie Bowl

Mango & Nectarine Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/3 cup yogurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 sliced mango

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 sliced nectarine

  • 1/2 cup orange/peach/mango juice (any kind will do, I used a mixture of all three)

  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flakes

  • 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon of buckwheat seeds

Directions

1. In a blender, blend the yogurt, banana, juice, frozen mango, and a quarter of the fresh mango. Check the consistency and add more yogurt to thicken or more juice to thin the mixture. 

2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and arrange your sliced mango and nectarine lightly on top. Sprinkle the chia seeds, buckwheat seeds, and coconut flakes on top and enjoy your work of art!
